Assist. Prof. Dr. Raghad Ali al-Sarraj, a faculty member from the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at the College of Islamic Sciences, has participated in the first training course made for the preparation of trainers held by the Center for Academic Strategic Development at the Association Of Iraqi Academics (AIA) in cooperation with Rank Consulting Organzation.
This international training course aimed to prepare trainers by providing trainees with the skills of managing, designing and implementing training programs, training in the art of throwing training courses, showing the difference between training and teaching, and enabling trainers to influence trainees in a way that earns them skills. Dr. Raghad al-Sarraj was awarded with an international certificate of participation in documentation for her active participation in the course at the basic & advanced levels of practice.
