Assist. Lecturer Rana Jassim al-Shammari, a faculty member from the Department of Comparative Religion at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad has authored a book entitled “From the hell of slavery to the reality of camps” in which she addressed one of the most important topics that became clear to public opinion and society in all its systems and prestige and the seriousness of the situation suffered by Yazidi women in the era of the control of ISIS gangs, many women were subjected to the most heinous violations.
This study discusses the post-abduction of Yazidi women, to minimize the impact and damage they have suffered and to provide the necessary needs. Based on the importance of documenting these services provided to women and girls in displacement camps, the study focused on the service frameworks provided to them as it is an important step in knowing the size of the gap in their protection services and contributes to determining the priorities to be taken when developing future plans.
