The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad has organized a seminar entitled “The impact of F45 training on the most important physical abilities and the mechanical variables of the disabled (9-10) and overcoming barriers of 400 meters) delivered by the doctoral student Israa Kamel Hassan.

The workshop outlined the concept of F45 training, a training course program of more than 1,750 halls in 45 countries around the world such as Australia, North and South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. She added that it is currently one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world, where it was founded in 2012 by Rob Deutsch and Adam Gilchrist, where (f) symbolizes the philosophy of training for functional devices and the symbol of (45) to the length of career training time.
