Professor from the college of Islamic sciences publishes an Andalusi research in the Iraqi Academy of Sciences Journal

Assist. Prof. Dr. Safaa Abdullah Burhan, a faculty member from the department of Arabic language specialized in the Andalusi literature at the college of Islamic sciences has published a research paper entitled “The poetry of Abu Bakr al-Makhzoumi al-Qurtubi: overview and contrast” in the Journal of the Iraqi Academy of Sciences (Part 1, No. 69). The research included a critical overview of the poetry of Abu Bakr al-Makhzoumi that represented the satire of Al-Andalus in his time, which gave him critical remarks in the realization of some new poetic texts.
