The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women has recently held a seminar entitled “Preparing paragraphs for some articles of the law of pioneers and heroes in athletics according to their problems and the negatives of its actual application” delivered by the master’s student Asia Fadhil Abdul Razzaq.
The seminar aimed to demonstrate the importance of the study in determining the effectiveness of the actual application of this law since more than eight years after its promulgation. The lecturer also indicated the possibility of modifying some paragraphs according to the opinions of those concerned to identify their problems and obstacles that always prevent the implementation of its articles, asserting the need to reformulate some paragraphs in accordance with the real requirements of the reality experienced by the sports pioneers, as well as to prepare new paragraphs that fit the present time.
