The college of physical education and sports sciences for women has organized an extensive seminar on (An analytical study of some physical abilities and biomechanical variables and the construction of a model for the champion of the world of tossing weight: Jarah Nassar: class (41) and its relationship to achievement) delivered by master’s student Fatin Majeed Muala.

The seminar aimed to describe the concept of physical abilities as a group of physiological kinetic elements that are transmitted in both muscle forces, speed of endurance, flexibility and agility that enable the athlete to perform motor performance in the best possible way. The panel included to raise the level of sports, especially that the study of motor skill in its fine details requires the provision of scientific data that give a clear picture of the nature of the motor performance of the player and coach, because athletics events need the ability, technique and high compatibility for the purpose of achieving the best achievement because this is why to rely on a codified scientific training.
