The Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage at the University of Baghdad has organized a course entitled “The Art of Crisis Management” where Dr. Mazin Qassim delivered a lecture in which related to management in general and highlighted the theories it addressed and the basic steps to counteract crises and the necessary measures to overcome them, also he classified the crisis into two types, the first the expected & unexpected crises and how to deal with each of them.

The second lecturer was given by the lecturer at the center for market research and consumer protection Rasha Falih Mustafa who spoke about this term that emerged as a result of the state’s role in the face of sudden public disasters and emergency conditions such as earthquakes, floods, epidemics and all-out wars, but has grown more clearly in the areas of public relations and international relations to indicate the way foreign policy is managed in the face of acute international crises. She also mentioned misunderstandings, which are crises resulting from misunderstandings that are always violent, but they are easy to address, especially after the cause has been confirmed, often due to incomplete information, or haste to make decisions, so it is important to take care to study the information fully before issuing a decision.
