A delegation from the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage has visited the Iraqi Sufi Guidance Center located at Siraj al-Din Mosque, headed by the director of the center Prof. Dr. Alaa Nafi’ Jassim and the head of the scientific affairs department Prof. Dr. Mazin Qassim Mahlhal and head of the manuscripts department, Prof. Dr. Wasan Hussein Mohimeed.
They were received by the vice director for the scientific affairs Sheikh Jamal Khalil Ibrahim and the member of the Iraqi Sufi Guidance Center Sheikh Taha Mustafa Abdul Ghafoor to discuss the joint scientific cooperation between the Sufi Guidance Center and the Center and the book of scientific cooperation between the two parties regarding the preservation of the Arab-Islamic scientific heritage and the establishment of seminars, workshops and discussion sessions. Sheikh Jamal briefed the delegation on the Sheikh Siraj al-Din Mosque and its shrine and briefed them on the poems kept by the mosque belonging to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
