Symposium on the importance of OSCE exam at the college of dentistry

The oral diagnostic branch of the college of dentistry at the University of Baghdad has organized a symposium on the importance of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) delivered by the Prof. Dr. Fawaz Dawood Abdul Razaq who gave a detailed explanation of the importance of this clinical examination used assess the aspects of clinical judgement, including diagnosis, treatment planning, prognosis, treatment methods, clinical decision making and that is administered in a booklet format. OSCE questions will require to review the information provided (e.g. case history, dental charts, photographs, radiographs) and to answer multiple response type questions, with a reference to the benefits and difficulties related to this exam.
