The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad held a seminar entitled “The impact of supplementary training according to muscle balance in some special abilities and skill performance and evaluation of the individual performance of female fustal players” delivered by doctoral student Mais Hameed Taha.
The complementary exercises were described as a set of additional exercises used to increase the effect on the different muscles of the body, where these different exercises are divided between carrying exercises and strength and speed using weights. The lecturer referred to muscle balance as the strength of one muscle or muscle group associated with its relative relationship to one muscle or group of other muscles, often expressed by the relative limits of muscle strength, as it is a training method aimed at achieving equal development in certain proportions of the muscle strength levels of the working muscle and interview on the joint, adding that the complementary exercises used according to the muscle balance are aimed at achieving muscle balance in equal proportions.
