Prof. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hamid Ashour, the assistant rector for the scientific affairs at the University of Baghdad has chaired the 44th regular meeting with the registration directors at the university’s formations, in the presence of the director of the student affairs and registration department Mr. Laith Abd al- Ilah and the assistant deans in charge of such tasks.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss the resolution of the university’s council regarding the duration of the release of graduation certificates and degree confirmation letters in time, as well as the need to archive data and exam records, completion and issuance of documents for a period of not more than seven days. During the meeting, the participants also discussed auditing documents in accordance with the ministry’s electronic program, with an emphasis on the adoption of the approval of audit records in completing the requirements of graduation certificates. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hamid then addressed the deadlines for final examinations and called for auditing of the files of students admitted in morning and evening studies, in addition to reliance on e-portals, platforms and the use of official e-mail in business correspondence.
