The information sources center of the general secretariat of the central library hosted the Citizens’ Affairs Division in the presidency of the University of Baghdad has set up a workshop entitled (The mechanisms of the work of e-government) in the presence of the officials of e-government units at all university’s formations.
The workshop aimed to facilitate the work of officials of the citizens’ affairs units and e-government so as to activate the work and explain how to deal with such online platforms or portals. It also included several topics, including the mechanism of filling out the electronic forms in this regard as well as the obstacles facing workers and ways to overcome them. The workshop came up with the following recommendations, namely, emphasizing the effectiveness of work and following up administrative requests and other communication submitted by professors, students and employees in each formation.
