The ninth session of the council of the University of Baghdad has witnessed the announcement of launching of the graduate application system which will be the basic block and the important step in the process of the independence of universities where the rector Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi has directed to experiment this online system and record observations and remarks in preparation for its official use. Dr. Munir al-Saadi expressed his thanks and appreciation for the constructive and concrete cooperation between the postgraduate department and the computer center in adopting the appropriate mechanism to work with the relevant ministerial committees through the establishment of joint workshops and to overcome the disadvantages and obstacles that exist in this website, if any.
