The Basic Sciences Branch at the college of dentistry has organized a symposium on antibiotics in light of the Coronavirus disease that was delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Fadia Abdul Muhsin. The aim of this event is to deal with the definition of antibiotics, their types and method of action as well as their effect on pathological bacteria as well as the phenomenon of antibiotic resistance and its health importance, in addition to clarifying the role of antibiotics in the time of the outbreak of Covid-19 variants.
