The Children’s Nursing Branch at the college of nursing has organized a field visit for its students to the Children Welfare Teaching Hospital, accompanied by a number of professors with the aim to test the level of pain suffered by children there and how to apply non-pharmaceutical nursing measures to relieve them. In the field tour to the Respiratory and Cardiac Disease Department, the students tried to test children clinically, giving medical and health advice for their families by the supervising professors and students and the side-effects of some medications to avoid them as possible.
