The Student Activities Division at the college of arts has organized its annual cultural festival on the onset of the new academic year (2021-2022), sponsored by the assistant dean for administrative affairs, Prof. Dr. Suhaila Najim Abd, as part of its many scientific events at the Idrissi Hall and the sports stadium to shed light on the educational outputs of the students of all grades.
The aim of the festival is to encourage the creative skills of students and show their talents while emphasizing commitment to the conditions of safety and public health, as well as to highlight the excellence of the extracurricular student activities under direct supervision of their faculty members. Assist. Prof. Dr. Wisal Sabeeh Kareem, the director of the division, stated at the opening speech of this festival that this event is the first of its kind prepared jointly by a committee of professors and a group of students from various departments that won the admiration and praise of the attendants from inside and outside the college.
