The college of engineering organizes an interactive symposium on rig components

The department of petroleum engineering at the University of Baghdad has organized an interactive scientific symposium via Meet platform for the students of the department in the presence of the head of department Assist. Prof. Dr. Hassan Abdul Hadi Abdul Hussein and a number of professors of the department. During this event, the engineer Ali Faraj Zidan from Basra Oil Company delivered a valuable lecture in which he talked about the components of the drilling rig machine followed by a detailed explanation using pictures from inside the oil fields and the most safety procedures used in these fields due to the fact that such tasks are considered as one of the most dangerous works in the world that involve a high risk. The lectures provided a lot of information to the postgraduate students at the department of academic studies related to this topic.
