A number of faculty members and employees from the college of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad have recently participated in a workshop on websites entitled (New standards for evaluating websites) delivered by the director of the university’s website division, the Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Jaafar Ali. A number of representatives of university’s faculties have attended this workshop that dealt with the evaluation mechanism for websites by sending an approved Google Form to all university’s formations for evaluating websites in detail and each item in the evaluation form was discussed at length, determining how grades are given to each item and stressing on the need to provide fixed menus at each site such as a page for graduates student affairs, scientific events, initiatives and biographies of faculty members, tables and uploading files that may assist users in browsing in mobile mode. At the end of the workshop, dialogue was exchanged with the members of the website division in related matters.
