Course on cybercrimes at the center for heritage revival

The center for the revival of scientific heritage at the University of Baghdad has organized a course entitled “Cybercrimes and Digital Drugs”. The course was opened up with a lecture delivered by the Brigadier General Nibras Mohamed Ali from the ministry of interior who talked about the rumors and how to fight them through meeting some people blackmailed electronically and knowing their point of view in this regard, as well as knowing their friends and the places they meet in and warned against using some electronic links that may be hacked. Then he stressed the need for changing passwords from time to time in order to secure our accounts to cut off the way for blackmailers. Also he talked about the phenomena of bullying and rumors in different apps such as Facebook, stating that he think that it is better to stay away from the use of mobile phones excessively and the need to coordination efforts with the ministries of education and higher education in order to urge students to reduce the excessive use of phones and warning them not to use or visit some scam websites.
