The college of physical education and sports sciences for women at the University of Baghdad held a seminar entitled “The impact of exercises using training devices on some visual and motor abilities and the skills of female players in fencing) delivered by the master’s student Rusul Abbas Ahmed in the presence of the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Malih. The aim of the workshop was to indicate the preparation of exercises using training devices, as well as to identify the impact of these exercises on their visual, motor and skillful capabilities, in addition to analyzing the Tae Bo body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques, such as kicks and punches, which became popular in the 1990s. The lecturer then talked about the best procedures that can be applied for reaching the maximum ability of the player to perform motor sports that serve as the cornerstone of learning and developing their skills towards gaining flexibility, compatibility and accuracy in the general performance.
