The department of chemistry at the college of education for pure and applied sciences (Ibn al-Haitham) has recently organized an electronic workshop entitled “Methods of recycling environmentally pollutants” that was chaired by Dr. Kawthar Abdul Wahid Abdul Hamid and Dr. Ruwaida Samir Saeed via Google Classroom service.

The lectures reached at several recommendations, including the establishment of courses and workshops to increase awareness of people regarding the importance of recycling materials that cause harm to the health of all creatures and environment in general, with a special reference to the need for explaining this topic at length for the young generations in the initial stages of study and conducting future studies by specialists in this field so that such processes can be undertaken in not a random way and in order to get rid of any opposite or negative consequences.
