Training workshop on breast cancer at the college of nursing

The Maternal and Neonatal Nursing Branch at the college of nursing held a training workshop entitled “Early detection of breast cancer and how to conduct breast self-examination periodically for female professors and staff at the college” in coincidence with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The participants discussed the causes and risk factors of this disease, including its signs and symptoms and how to give a specialized advice or guidance for females to reduce the incidence of breast cancer, as well as to detect any tumor or complexity during the examination and consult a physician as soon as possible.
