The college of physical education and sports sciences for women held a seminar entitled “The impact of BRRM water-based technique on improving the strength and elasticity of C6 and C7 cervical vertebrae for 30-50 year old people” by the master’s student Alaa Wissam Jassim. The lecturer at first defined the concept of (BRRM) as a water-based technique in which the therapist-assisted strengthening and mobilizing exercises are performed while the patient lies horizontally in the water, with the support provided by rings or floats around the neck, arms, pelvis, legs and it is a type of hydrotherapy used for rehabilitation of patients who suffer from the cervical spondylosis. This technique is very effective in assisted strengthening and mobilizing exercises.
