Delegation from the center for the revival of heritage visits the Sulaymaniyah Antiquities Directorate

A delegation from the center for the revival of Arab scientific heritage at the University of Baghdad represented by the head of the department of pure sciences Prof. Dr. Saadi Ibrahim al-Darraji, head of the department of humanities Prof. Dr. Anas Essam and head of the Scientific Affairs Division Dr. Mazin Qassim have visited recently the Sulaymaniyah Antiquities Directorate and held a meeting with the director of this institution Mr. Kamal Rashid. The aim of this visit is to exchange discussions on the establishment of a joint scientific symposium next April dedicated to present research on the history and heritage of al-Sulaimaniyah city located in the east of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The guests also held a meeting with the director of the department of antiquities at the University of Sulaimani, Dr. Kozad Mohammed and then the delegation made a visit to the Slemani Museum.
