The members of the council of the University of Baghdad, headed by the rector Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, have inspected and followed-up the reconstruction campaign initiated at the Student Housing Complex in Abu Ghraib in Baghdad and praised the role and efforts exerted by the director of the dormitories Prof. Dr. Omar Faleh Hassan and his staff in restoring life to the residences via self-engineering and other technical efforts in time and at the lowest cost.
During his speech to the university’s media team, Dr. Munir al-Saadi stated that a new building for the dormitories at the veterinary complex in Abu Ghraib will be reopened in the next two weeks, in conjunction with the increasing number of students admitted this year, in terms of the rehabilitation of classrooms, halls, corridors, courtyards and gardens in line with the status of the University of Baghdad.
