The University of Baghdad has announced that it has exceeded the publication of more than 8307 researches according to the statistics of October 2021 in Clarivate Analytics databases where 48666 citations were recorded till now. The Iraqi ministry of higher education and scientific research confirmed that the faculty members of the University of Baghdad have published various joint researches and studies with their counterparts at the University of Technology, Al-Mustansiriyah University and Al-Nahrain University, as well as with a number of sober British, Malaysian and Saudi universities.
It is noteworthy that the professors of our university have also published joint research through an academic coordination with the professors of the ministry of health and the ministry of science and technology, thus getting the (H-Index=79) status in this author-level metric that measures both the productivity and citation impact of the publications, in alignment with the data obtained in the CiteScore measure that reflects the yearly average number of citations to recent articles published in a given journal.
