The five-a-side football team of the college of physical education for women at the University of Baghdad won a friendly match with its counterpart at the Gilgamesh University that was played in the closed stadium of the Lash Sports Club, ending up with the final scoreline of (7-4). In conclusion, the rector Dr. Hafez Alwan and the dean of the college of physical education and sports sciences of the Gilgamesh University, Prof. Dr. Mansour al-Anbaki, have exchanged discretionary shields with the dean of the college, Dr. Bushra al-Hamash, in recognition of the efforts made by the two parties for improving the reality of women’s sport in Iraq.
