A delegation of the center for the revival of Arab scientific heritage at the University of Baghdad headed by The the center’s director Dr. Alaa Nafi Jassim has visited the National House of Books and Documents in Baghdad. The delegation was briefed on the existing documents there, which varied from those of the Ottoman period to and monarchy period in very large numbers and that were related to different political, historical, social, cultural, legal, real estate and other areas. The two sides agreed on the importance of studying such documents and the Director General of the House expressed his full readiness to cooperate with the University of Baghdad in giving researchers free access to all documents, books, newspapers and periodicals preserved in the house.
