The Department of Student Affairs and Registration at the presidency of the University of Baghdad announced recently the general controls for admission within the distinguished channel (public or martyrs’ relatives) for the academic year (2021-2022) for the bachelor study and for the technical institutes.
The book of the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up of the ministry of higher education and scientific research explained that those who has a technical diploma degree can complete their undergraduate studies as well as the graduates of secondary schools in all their branches can even apply for the technical institutes. One of the conditions required in the application is that the candidate should be born in 1981 onwards, and that he/she must have an effective service of at least two years (if being an employee), another condition is that the candidates should have at least (65%) average mark. Also admission for employees are exclusively from their departments on condition that they get a preliminary approval to have a study leave.
