Joint cooperation mechanism between the center for women’s studies and the parliamentary committee for women, family and children

Prof. Dr. Athraa Ismail Zidan, the director of the Women’s Studies Center at the University of Baghdad met lately the chairman of the parliamentary committee for women, family and children, Mrs. Maisoon Jassim al-Saadi to discuss a number of relevant matters, including many scientific activities between the two sides and for the possibility of building bridges of mutual work and cooperation by providing studies and scientific research that concerns common issues. The two parties also agreed to hold seminars and awareness campaigns for implementing the dustainable development plan for women’s and family empowerment in the country.
