The college of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad has concluded the events of its fustal championship (five-a-side football) sponsored by the Student Activities Division headed by Dr. Ali Sadiq in cooperation with the Branch of Team Games, with the participation of a number of students from all grades.
The final match was held in the indoor stadium between the teams of the second stage (Divisions: B and E) ending with the winning of the team E. The closing ceremony, which was attended by the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Sabah Qassem and the head of the team games branch, Prof. Dr. Kholoud Laith, distributing the college’s shield to the winning team and to some outstanding students in the tournament. For his part, the director of the Student Activities Division praised the role of deanship and scientific branches in supporting such entertainment events and activities.
