The dean of the college of arts at the University of Baghdad, Assist. Prof. Dr. Abdul Halim Rahim Ali, has opened-up the first cultural festival of educational booklets and posters sponsored by Assist. Prof. Dr. Wesal Karim Sobeih, the director of the Student Activities Division at the college. The festival aimed to present for the audience many scientific, cultural and social posters made by students and faculty members that illustrate some of the problems suffered by the people in our community, such as some hardships as well as the implementation of the decisions of the government crisis cell in the face of the emerging Coronavirus pandemic and methods of prevention, with the emphasis on the need cooperate together to raise awareness and preserve the lives of citizens and going through the mechanisms of e-learning. On the same perspective, a friendly football match was held at the stadium that ended with dedicating discretionary gifts for a number of distinguished players of both teams.
