Dr. Ibtisam Mohammed Al Ameri, director of the center for strategic and international studies at the University of Baghdad has signed recently a memorandum of cooperation with the Center of Foreign Service Institute at the Iraqi ministry of foreign affairs. On the sidelines of this memorandum, Dr. Ibtisam Al-Ameri announced that this program will be the basis for establishing and developing cooperation in the field of expertise, research, training courses, workshops and exchange of publications and lecturers between the two sides for the purpose of developing the capabilities of our government institutions. It is noteworthy that Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali al-Tamimi, the Acting Dean of the college and the Undersecretary for Planning Affairs at the ministry, represents the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) in Iraq.
