Dr. Ahmed Mohammed al-Imam, a faculty member from the Anatomy Branch at the college of medicine has recently received an email from the editorial board of the “Frontiers in Bioscience – Landmark” international peer-reviewed open access journal in Singapore inviting him to join their reviewer team. It is noteworthy that this academic journal has been established in 1996 to cover all biological and medical sciences, having the following rankings: (Impact Factor 2.214) in Clarivate Analytics, (Impact Factor 6.2) in Scopus, (Impact Factor 2.747) in Medline and (h-index 143).

According to the Scopus Elsevier’s abstract and citation database, this journal is indexed in the Q2 quartile and it seeks to create the largest “Encyclopedia of Biological Sciences” since 1996, with the work of more than (1000) editors for reviewing valuable research from all around the world in various disciplines, including biology, medicine, biochemistry and molecular biology, botany &agronomy, microbiology, parasitology & virology, immunology, biotechnology, marine biology, clinical and basic medicine, biomedical engineering, genetics, epidemiology and preventive medicine, ecology, entomology and bioinformatics.
