Ahmed Hadi, an employee from the Human Resources Division at the college of physical education and sports sciences has participated lately in the National Qualification Tournament in Taekwondo held in Baghdad where he won the first place in his weight category (54 kg).
It is noteworthy that this tournament included the participation of players of eight different weights and witnessed tough contests among them who presented a good performance that won the approval of the coaches. The players asserted their ambition to enhance their technical level for achieving positive results in the upcoming events, including the Asian Championship that will be held in Beirut, Lebanon. In turn, the deanship of the college congratulated this outstanding international sports achievement which will be added to the record of achievements of its faculty.
