The University of Baghdad was ranked in the 401+place in the last issue of Times World University Rankings for Asia 2021. It is noteworthy that our university has won previously the 1001th place in this ranking for the best world universities in its 17th issue. This issue included 551 universities distributed over 30 Asian countries, with the participation of three Iraqi universities that competed in the same 13 performance indicators, but they were recalibrated to reflect in depth the attributes of Asia’s educational institutions in the following fields: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook.
