Prof. Dr. Ahmed Wahid Nasser, the assistant rector for the administrative affairs at the University of Baghdad has visited yesterday the center for continuing education where he was received by the director of the center Prof. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hamid Ashour. The aim of the visit is to inspect the work undertaken by staff there, in addition to various scientific activities and ongoing courses where Dr. Ahmed Wahid attended a course related to teaching methods and supervised the mechanism of its presentation. For his part, the director of the center pointed out that all courses were given online while examinations and lectures remain in classes to be supervised by specialized committees.

It is noteworthy that the center for continuing education is one of the leading training centers at the level of higher education and is concerned with the development of university education, educational work environment, rehabilitation of faculty members and administrative staff in accordance with the standards of quality assurance and academic accreditation, as well as its interest in human resources through the establishment of extensive training courses for employees at Iraqi ministries and state institutions, as well as public and private sectors for the purpose of upgrading their job performance and keeping pace with the global development in all fields of business and training.
