The director of the center for strategic and international studies at the University of Baghdad Prof. Dr. Ibtisam Mohammed has signed recently a memorandum of scientific cooperation with Dr. Osama Murtadha Baqir head of the Iraqi Political Science Association.
The memorandum included opening prospects of cooperation in the fields of higher education, quality assurance, scientific research, studies and research. The two sides also discussed matters related to exchange the experiences of academic staff and the visiting researchers, bilateral cooperation in all areas of common interest such as the plagiarism system, participation in meetings, conferences, academic dialogues, educational and scientific workshops and exchange of field visits.
