A student from the college of medicine at the University of Baghdad Mustafa Abbas Badr has participated recently in the annual conference on aging for the European medical students held in Berlin, Germany that witnessed many scientific lectures and medical workshops.
The researches presented by scholars included many topics, such as the expected treatment of the current diseases in future as well as the importance of development and invention in medical fields, especially stem cells and the use of plasma for surgical treatment.
Also the aforementioned student has represented the Iraqi medical students in the international training program on global health established by the World Federation of Medical Students of Lithuania sponsored by EU which addressed the most important problems facing the health systems in the world and how to solve them in cooperation with the United Nations and the World Health Organization.
