A number of professors from the college of media at the University of Baghdad have participated recently in the first international conference on the problems of receiving in digital communication held and sponsored by the University of Duhok in cooperation with the Arab Association for Research and Communication Sciences that witnessed a major local, Arab and international participation.

Associate Dean for administrative affairs Dr. Ammar Taher participated with a research paper entitled (Constraints of e-receiving for the elderly) while Dr. Abdul Mohsen al-Shafei presented a research entitled (The digital revolution and its social implications). Also Dr. Adel al-Ghurery has participated in this event with a research paper on (The problematic of receiving in digital revolution and its role in identifying the media audience) and Dr. Siham al-Shjeri discussed (The problem of receiving and representations of event industry in digital communication). At last Dr. Eman Abdul Rahman presented a paper on the (Exposure to interactive programs and participation of university students).
