Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Hassan Al-Zughaybi, President of the University of Baghdad, visited the Computer Center to review its facilities and infrastructure as part of his ongoing commitment to advancing the university’s digital environment.
During a meeting with the Center’s Board of Directors, he examined the university’s digital reality and the Center’s work plan, discussing electronic systems, services, and digital projects currently adopted across the institution.
The discussions also addressed network and internet services, the data center, and the surveillance camera network, alongside plans to unify internet connectivity across university complexes. Dr. Al-Zughaybi directed that full support be provided to enhance internet services and strengthen the university’s digital infrastructure, underscoring the strategic importance of digital transformation in higher education.
