Under the guidance of the President of Baghdad University, and with the supervision and organization of the Student Activities Department and the Office Affairs Department at the University Presidency, a group of Baghdad University students took part in the central graduation ceremony held by the Holy Al-Hussain Shrine under the title “A Blessed Ending.”

The participation of the university’s students in this event reflects Baghdad University’s commitment to supporting purposeful student activities and strengthening the presence of its students in initiatives that contribute to instilling humanitarian and national values, while fostering a spirit of belonging and responsibility among young academics.

The ceremony was marked by a distinguished celebratory atmosphere, showcasing the extensive efforts invested in ensuring its success. It witnessed broad participation from students across Iraqi universities. The attending students expressed pride in representing Baghdad University at this gathering, which carries symbolic and spiritual significance, embodying the culmination of their academic journey and the beginning of a new stage of scientific and professional contribution.

This involvement comes as part of a series of activities in which Baghdad University is keen to engage, in support of students’ development and in reinforcement of the university’s role in serving society.

The event also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4, which emphasizes quality education, and Goal 17, which highlights partnerships for achieving these objectives.
