As part of his field follow-up of university units, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, President of the University of Baghdad, conducted an inspection visit to the College of Artificial Intelligence, where he chaired the college council meeting in the presence of the Dean, Professor Dr. Dhiaa Jassim Kazem, and council members.

During the meeting, the University President reviewed the progress of the educational process and the ongoing preparations for the new academic year. He reaffirmed the university’s support for the college in ways that strengthen its academic standing and advance its specialized programs in artificial intelligence. He also commended the college’s plans to launch research and training programs aligned with labor market needs and the digital transformation agenda.

Dr. Ansaf praised the efforts of the college’s administration and faculty, encouraging continued enhancement of academic and research performance and the establishment of effective partnerships with public and private sector institutions—efforts that reflect the university’s vision for leadership and innovation.

This initiative contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4, which

advocates for quality education.
