Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and the supervision of Baghdad University President, Professor Bahaa Ibraheem Insaf, the Student Activities Department at the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority organized the technical conference for the finals of the Iraqi Universities Athletics Championship.
The conference was held in the grand hall of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Baghdad University, with representatives from participating public and private universities in attendance. Discussions focused on the organizational and technical aspects of the championship.
The championship officially kicks off today at the fields of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, with participation from more than 70 public and private universities. The competitions will continue over the course of three days.
This conference supports Sustainable Development Goal 17, which emphasizes partnerships for achieving global objectives.
