The College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific workshop entitled “Leading Digital Transformation: Opportunities and Challenges”, in which Assistant Professor Dr. Safad Hussam Hammoudi lectured, in the presence of professors and staff of the college.
The workshop aimed to enable participants to identify business areas to adapt to digital transformation, design the strategy for institutions to lead them to digital maturity, and enable them to apply digital platforms and identify key performance indicators.
Professor Dr. Safad addressed the importance of leadership in digital transformation, and how leaders can influence the achievement of digital transformation, which has become inevitable in our time, as well as effective leadership strategies in the digital transformation era.
This scientific event is also an important step in enhancing awareness of the use of technology and digital systems, developing skills among students, faculty, and staff of the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad, and expanding their knowledge about effective leadership that affects the success of any digital transformation process.
