The President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, held an extensive meeting with the Preparatory Committee for the Central Graduation Ceremony, to discuss the latest developments and preparations for the ceremony, in the presence of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Amir Faisal Abdul Amir, the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Prof. Dr. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, and a number of directors of the concerned departments in the presidency of the university.
The meeting discussed the latest logistical preparations for the central ceremony, preparing the stadium of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, furnishing it with tartan and lighting it, preparing the ceremony platform, as well as a wide arrangement campaign for the college’s facilities and gardens.
The university stressed that this ceremony is an important occasion to honor the efforts of students throughout their years of study, and seeks to make it an exceptional event immortalized in the memory of graduates. Additional services have been provided to support attendance, such as transportation, parking, and equipping facilities in a manner commensurate with the size of the occasion.
