The Assistant President of the University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Amir Faisal Abdul Amir, inaugurated the training course for the Riyada initiative, which was organized by the Rehabilitation and Employment Division in cooperation with the Board of Advisors in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, which was hosted by the College of Science in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Faleh Hassan, and the participation of a number of university employees.
The initiative aims to put young people at the forefront of the goals of investing in human resources, and a means to raise the capabilities of the national economy by empowering and supporting this group, through the state granting successful students in the courses certificates of participation, as well as financing for their own projects. At the opening ceremony, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs delivered a speech in which he stressed the importance of this course, supported by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, for students, youth, and graduates to create an effective environment to invest the skills and talents of these age groups to obtain job opportunities in the Iraqi market and support the private sector.
