During his participation in the Design Day celebration organized by the College of Pharmacy at the University of Baghdad, under the supervision of the college’s Dean, Prof.Dr. Sarmad Hashem Al-Khatib, the President of the University of Baghdad, Prof.Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, emphasized the growing importance of pharmacists in society.

Prof.Dr. Bahaa praised the crucial role pharmacists play in providing healthcare to the community, describing them as the first line of defense for public health. He also stressed the importance of staying up-to-date with scientific and technological advancements in the field of pharmacy, noting that the university is committed to offering the latest curricula and training students with the most advanced technologies.

Furthermore, Prof.Dr. Bahaa highlighted the necessity for pharmacists to adhere to professional ethics and their commitment to providing the best services to patients. In his remarks, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, expressed his gratitude to the President for his continuous support of the college and affirmed the college’s commitment to graduating qualified pharmacists capable of meeting the community’s needs.

It is worth noting that the College of Pharmacy at the University of Baghdad is one of the most prestigious pharmacy schools in Iraq, with many of its graduates contributing to the country’s healthcare services.
