The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at Al-Kindy College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, organized a practical workshop aimed at refining the skills of new doctors at Al-Kindy Hospital. The session was delivered by Dr. Abbas Owaid Alawi, a faculty member at the college, and targeted graduates from various medical schools in Baghdad.

The workshop aimed to reinforce medical ethics, enhance effective communication skills with patients and their families, and equip participants with the fundamentals of handling emergency cases in hospitals according to the latest medical standards.

This initiative is part of Al-Kindy College of Medicine’s ongoing efforts to develop both the clinical and humanistic skills of newly graduated doctors, contributing to the advancement of healthcare services in medical institutions.
