The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop titled “The Role of Acoustic Technology in Diabetes Detection,” presented by Assist.Lecturer Iman Amer Ahmed. The event was attended by several faculty members of the college.
The workshop aimed to explore how acoustic technologies can be utilized for the early detection of diabetes. Key topics discussed included a review of previous research on the use of sound waves in medicine, particularly in diagnosing chronic diseases such as diabetes.
The session also covered various advanced technologies, including ultrasound, artificial intelligence, and acoustic analysis for medical diagnosis.
In conclusion, the workshop emphasized the need to encourage further research and development in using acoustic technologies for early diabetes diagnosis.
